To support the motto of One Team, One Vision, the Pacific East District develops dynamic and innovative leaders’ capacity as evidenced by:

• Implementing the Pacific East Strategic Plan and support structure

• Developing a system of professional learning, including weekly leadership meetings, complex huddles, and bi-annual leadership summits

• Partnering with the Center for Instructional Leadership (CIL) to support principal, assistant principal, and teacher learning networks

• Monitoring the impact of professional learning opportunities

• Engaging in internal review visits (IRVs) to review the impact of administrators as instructional leaders and provide opportunities to leaders to learn from each other
