We've probably all heard the sort of thing at one time or another, may have even thought it -"...if there was a Blyth's Reed in there I would have seen it" or " kicked those fields- nowt, zilch non" And we've also seen those Pink-footed geese counts " 120, 737"......are you sure it wasn't eight?! definately seven? Well have ago at this simple test, and remember it the next time you're counting Gannets!
