Last night was mild, dark with a light wind-perfect mothing conditions! I managed to keep going to 3am, as the light started to brighten the shadow in the east-me thought it was then time to bed!

This morning in the garden there was a definite increase in Butters activity, with Comma, Small Skipper, Meadow brown, Ringlet, Small Tort, Large White and Red Admiral all paying a visit, along with 3 sightings of a Hummingbird Hawk Moth, a couple of Banded Demoiselle and an Emperor dragonfly
