In the garden all day today, trying to make sure spring doesn't overtake us and leave us with it all to do later in the year! Although gardening generally requires looking down, it generally takes me twice as long to do anything because I'm constantly looking up! Today was no different and I was handsomely rewarded with a fine Osprey drifting over Shrike Point and then over the garden, another quality garden tick! Also noted today was single Swallow, singing Chiffchaff, up to 6 Common Buzzard and a couple of White Wagtails. Unfortunately I didn't connect with the Alpine Swift, I think it may have been a little too far north of our line of view.

Osprey...another broad-wing falls to the garden list!

Put the moth trap on last night for the duration with the usual suspects lurking in there this morning.
