The picture below shows moon jellyfish at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Moon jellies are so sensitive and delicate that the aquarium had to design special tanks to hold them. Water currents have to be extra gentle, so the jellies do not get trapped in the corners or bottom of the tank. Moon jellies went into orbit on the Space Shuttle Columbia in 1991. They were part of a study on weightlessness.
