8 Korean cut beef short ribs (flankencut)
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Marinade
2/3 Cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp water
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp fresh ginger root, crushed
3/4 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Soak ribs in marinade for at least 24 hours.
Grill to medium rare.
Serve topped with chopped onion and roasted sesame seeds.
