4 lb pork roast
2 small cans diced green chilies
6 cloves minced garlic
2 yellow onions
1 can corn or 1 cup frozen corn
2 Tbsp cumin
3 Tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 large can green enchilada sauce
Combine in crockpot and cook for 5-8 hours.
Shred and Eat!
