Ingredients:
- 3 cups poultry stock (720 g)
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 thin slice of onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 of a yellow squash
- 1/4 of a red bell pepper
- 1 thin slice of cabbage
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cumin
Optional:
- 2 fresh jalapenos, chopped
- 2 oz tortilla chips (60 g)
- Add main ingredients and run on the Hot Soups Program
- Add the optional ingredients and blend in on Variable Speed 1
- Sprinkle with red pepper to taste and reheat as desired
