2 cups boiled chestnuts
½ cup plain yogurt
2 T lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 T water
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. cumin
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. (I think I might use the pulse for more texture.) Serve with cracker or veggies.
More liquid can be added if the nuts are dry.
