Ingredients
1 boneless pork tenderloin
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1 - 2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 - 2 teaspoons dried basil
1 - 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
Directions
Cut tenderloin in half (cross-wise to better fit in skillet) and set aside
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl
Massage the mixture onto the pork loin and store until cook time
Allow meat to come to room temp for about 45 minutes
Heat skillet on stovetop or grill to about 450 degrees
Grill each side for about 5 minutes on high temp allowing crust and char to form
Cook to 145 degrees
Slice and serve
