1 package old fashioned chocolate wafers
1 pint whipping cream
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
Chunk of milk chocolate (or favorite)
Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff (do not whip into butter).
Assembling on a long platter, create a log of wafers by daubing whipped cream onto one side of each wafer, using the cream to stick on the back of one another.
Once all the cookies are connected, curve to your liking, then coat the entire log with the rest of the whipped cream.
Grind the chocolate chunk on a cheese grater to coat the log with chocolate sprinkles. Add a plastic holly leaf and berries as decoration of desired.
Set the cake in the refrigerator for several hours while the cream soaks into the cookies. Overnight if possible, the longer the better.
When ready to serve, cut at an angle to the wafers to make the zebra stripes stand out nicely.
