1 graham cracker shell
1 cup sugar
¾ cup butter (soft)
1-½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
3 squares baking chocolate (3 tablespoons cocoa powder + 1 tablespoon oil = 1 square)
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Beat sugar and butter together well. Mix in vanilla, tartar, and chocolate. Mix in eggs well. Whip cream with powdered sugar, and then mix in to filling. Pour into crust and chill.
