Seared Porterhouse

1 inch thick Porterhouse steaks

• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic powder
• Cayenne pepper powder
• Clarified Butter

Bring searing plate to 600 degrees

Coat plate with clarified butter

Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side

Remove steaks from grill and wrap in tinfoil until serving (about 10 minutes)
