This can be topped any way using chocolate, peanut butter, apples and cinnamon, mixed berry, etc.
This recipe makes about 3 servings. It can easily be doubled or tripled.
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup milk of choice (almond)
1 medium banana - mashed
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 cup frozen berries or fruit of choice
Preheat oven to 350
Mix everything but the berries up in the dish
Top with berries
Bake for 35 minutes
Let stand for 10 before cutting
Top with almond butter, chopped nuts, or more maple syrup if desired.
