Ingredients
2 Cups (180g) Oats
30g Roasted Sunflower Seeds
20g Sliced Almonds
20g Flaxseed
15g Shredded Coconut
10g Chia Seeds
500g Almond Milk
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in quart sized mason jar and shake mix together
Add almond milk leaving room at the top of the jar for expansion and shake to mix together
Soak over night
Scoop out portions into a bowl and add additional milk or cream as desired
Top with blueberries and honey and serve
