3 lbs yams
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup of brandy or Grand Marnier
Slice yams into 1" rounds and steam until tender. Let cool.
Peel and mash.
Mix with sugar, spices, melted butter and booze. Add milk to desired consistency.
Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Decorate with cinnamon sticks.
