¼ cup butter
1/3 cup cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg yolk
¾ teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups rolled oats
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a baking sheet with canola oil.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla and mix briefly.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Portion heaping teaspoons of dough onto baking sheet about 1-1/2 inches apart. Bake for 7 minutes. Lightly flatten with finger. Rotate baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
