1 large package green jello
2 C boiling water
Mix boiling water with jello powder per package instructions (about 2 minutes) Add:
8-10 ice cubes
Stir until ice cubes are no longer melting (jello is cool) and remove. Refrigerate about 30-40 minutes. (Just before full set)
1 C cottage cheese
1/2 can well drained crushed pineapple
1 C whipping cream , whipped + 3 Tb powdered sugar + 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix in additional ingredients and refrigerate.
