Ebelskiva

"Round Danish breakfast delight."Equipment: Ebelskiva panIngredients: 4 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbs. baking powder 3 tsp. sugar 3 cups milk 4 eggs, separated 4 Tbs. melted butter Beat egg yolks slightly then add milk, beat, then add flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add melted butter and mix well. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten stiff but not dry. Grease holes in hot ebelskiva pan and wipe out excess grease. Pour dough in to almost top of hole. Turn with fork until all sides are cooked. Serve with sugar or syrup.From Terry Metler, MLRE.org
