1 C rolled oats
2 C water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C unsweetened coconut flakes
2 T sugar
juice of 1/2 lime
Add first 5 ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook stirring very frequently for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
