1 lb ground beef
1/2 C onion diced
2 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 can mushrooms (pieces and stems) drained or use fresh and add just before ground beef is done browning.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1- 1 1/2 C sour cream
2 C hot cooked wide egg noodles
Brown ground beef/onion. Add flour, salt, garlic, mushrooms. Cook stirring frequently 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
