Quinoa Berry Parfaits

What you need:

    • 1 container (6 oz.) mixed berry or strawberry yogurt
    • 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
    • 1/2 cup chopped berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Directions:

    1. Layer ingredients in a mason jar or some other type of container starting with quinoa, followed by yogurt, and then topped with berries.
