Pesto Prosciutto Pizza

What you need:

    • 1 recipe pizza crust dough
    • 1/4 cup basil pesto
    • 8 oz. mozzarella pearls
    • 4 oz. feta cheese crumbles
    • 2 oz. prosciutto, chopped
    • 1 cup loosely packed chopped kale leaves
    • Italian seasoning
    • Garlic salt

Directions:

    1. Roll out pizza dough to desired size and transfer to a pizza pan.
    2. Spread pesto evenly over the top and then top with cheeses, prosciutto, and kale.
    3. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
    4. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
