Homemade Salsa

What you need:

    • 3 to 4 lb. tomatoes (roma, grape, whatever you'd like)
    • 1/2 small red onion
    • 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    • 1 clove minced garlic
    • Large handful of cilantro
    • 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 lemon or lime
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

    1. Roughly chop tomatoes, onion, and jalapenos.
    2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
    3. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
