Berry Avocado Summer Salad

What you need:

    • 2 to 3 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 8 cups chopped lettuce
    • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups fresh berries (any combination you like)
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    • 2/3 cup feta cheese
    • Poppyseed dressing

Directions:

    1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic on both sides.
    2. Cook in a skillet or on a grill until cooked through. Let sit for a few minutes, then slice or chop.
    3. Toss together lettuce, avocado, berries, walnuts, and feta.
    4. Top salad with chicken and dressing.
