Chili Cheese Fries Pizza
What you need:
- 1 recipe pizza crust dough
- 1 1/2 cups chili [we used Skyline]
- 20 oz. cooked French fries
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Directions:
- Roll out pizza dough to desired size. Move to a pizza pan or stone. I prefer mine sitting in a bed of lightly sprinkled cornmeal.
- Spread chili on the crust and then layer with French fries and cheese.
- Bake according to crust directions or until crust is golden brown and cooked through. For me, that's usually at 450* for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve topped with green onions.
