Dry Rub Hot Wings

What you need:

    • 2 lb chicken wings (mix of wings and drumettes)
    • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    • 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
    • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    • 1 tsp. cayenne
    • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:

    1. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. Then place in a bowl and rub with olive oil as evenly as possible.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine all seasonings.
    3. Sprinkle half of the mix on top of the wings and rub in.
    4. Flip wings and sprinkle with other half and rub in.
    5. Place a wire rack onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Put wings on rack
    6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
    7. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
    8. Turn the broiler on LOW and cook for another 10 minutes.
