Homemade Salsa
What you need:
- 3 to 4 lb. tomatoes (roma, grape, whatever you'd like)
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Large handful of cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon or lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Roughly chop tomatoes, onion, and jalapenos.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
