Bacon Cheeseburgers with Spicy Mayo

What you need:

For the spicy mayo:

    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 Tbsp. sriracha
    • 1 Tbsp. ketchup

For the burgers:

    • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Bacon slices, cooked
    • 4 to 8 slices cheddar cheese
    • Hamburger buns, toasted if desired
    • Shredded lettuce or lettuce leaves

Directions:

    1. To make the spicy mayonnaise: mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
    2. Form ground beef into 1/4 or 1/3 lb sized patties. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Cook on a grill or in a skillet, flipping once to brown on each side and cook through. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese.
    4. Serve buns topped with a patty, bacon, lettuce, and spicy mayo.
