What you need:
- 1/2 head green cabbage, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium yellow onion, cut into thin strips
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small crown broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodles
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions:
- Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add grated ginger and cook, while stirring, for about 30 seconds.
- Then add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables and cook until wilted, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, discard ramen seasoning packets and cook ramen according to package directions. Drain and toss with 1 tsp. vegetable oil to keep from sticking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sriracha, and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
- Add sauce to skillet with chicken and noodles. Stir to coat everything and heat through.
