Chicken Yakisoba

What you need:

    • 1/2 head green cabbage, cut into thin strips
    • 1 medium yellow onion, cut into thin strips
    • 2 carrots, grated
    • 1 small crown broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
    • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
    • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodles
    • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
    • 1 Tbsp. sriracha
    • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:

    1. Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add grated ginger and cook, while stirring, for about 30 seconds.
    2. Then add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
    3. Add vegetables and cook until wilted, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, discard ramen seasoning packets and cook ramen according to package directions. Drain and toss with 1 tsp. vegetable oil to keep from sticking.
    5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sriracha, and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
    6. Add sauce to skillet with chicken and noodles. Stir to coat everything and heat through.
