Beef Stroganoff Soup
What you need:
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 2 packets dry onion soup mix
- 64 oz. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup half and half
Directions:
- Coat slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place meat in the slow cooker.
- Add soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- About 10 minutes prior to serving, add noodles and stir in sour cream and half and half.
