' vision statements are focused on the future. The purpose of a vision statement is to outline the future, by focusing on the values and hopes of the organization The purpose is more about inspiring and directing.
Limit the length to one sentence. Your vision statement should be short enough to memorize, so aim for one sentence consisting of 10 to 15 words.
