Take Part in a Political Left-Right Empathy Circle
Bridging divides one empathy circle at a time.
We can see and experience that the political polarization in the U.S.and the world is growing wider. This has many negative consequences.
Pew Research Study Showing Growing Polarization
One of the missions of the Empathy Tent is to foster constructive dialogue to bridge the different social and political divides. We do this by facilitating and training in a mutual listening process called an Empathy Circle.
An Empathy Circle is a structured dialogue process where participants take turns using mutual reflective listening to constructively dialogue with each other. The process increases mutual understanding and connection by ensuring that each person feels fully heard to their satisfaction. It consists of a small group of participants and a facilitator and co-facilitator.
We invite you to take part in a Political Left-Right Empathy Circle.
