Drop-in Empathy Circles
Drop-in Empathy Circles are for people that can not make every week but just drop in as they can.
Empathy Circles
Most Empathy Circles are committed ongoing weekly meetings of 4 to 5 people, which allows everyone to have more of a chance to speak and be heard more often and deeply and for more of a personal connection to be developed.
We hold Restorative Empathy Circles for individuals and groups that are in conflict. These groups can support a wide variety of conflicts. An example is the Restorative Empathy Circles with Democrats and Republicans. Bringing the different political parties and political movements together to foster empathic connection, understanding and action.
Empathy Circles Book Clubs
We’ve just started a 12 week series with the the Board of Directors of the Compassion Action Network International to use Karen Armstrong’s - 12 steps for Compassion. We will be using a different chapter of the book as an entry into each Empathy Circle.
Many More Empathy Circle Formats to Come
We will be developing many formats for the Empathy Circles; Family Empathy Circles, Workplace Empathy Circles, School Empathy Circles, etc, etc. Join us and help develop this Culture of Empathy.
Notes
intention is to take the empathy skills into your community, Friends, Family, work, religious organization, etc.
