If I participate in an Empathy circle, I:
- will be able to see someone very different as human, just like me and feel connected to him/her
- will be able to listen better and and transfer this skill to my immediate family, close friends, co-workers, etc.
- will be able to experience the sweetness of being heard and this will help me have enough (love, patience, whatever) to give to others
- will be able to do it myself in my job/study
- will be able to hear myself, what is it exactly I am sharing and what are the things I hadn’t seen before in my experience
- will learn better how to reflect and work together with the speaker on understanding what they are sharing
- would have the opportunity to grow in my reflecting skills and maybe use it in conflict resolution, both for myself and for others

It's this relief of being heard is what I take form the empathy circle the most.
I think that is how I would invite people to take part in an empathy circles I would organize. I would say, just join in a very sweat experience of being heard and being reflected, part of being heard is being reflected without judgement. I think it is something that is difficult to explain until you experience it. It's a very deep level of experiencing this relief that you do matter, that what you are saying is meaningful, and you are being loved and appreciated. The main benefit is that I would take it to my family, my friends, but probably to whatever I would be doing in my work and study and research. That would be my contribution.

Sounds like one thing you love about empathy circles is that it's an experience, an experience of being loved and being heard. And it is sweet for you to bring that to other's that you work with or family.
