Today we are going to make slime!
The class will split into two groups. These two groups are going to follow two different recipes for slime. After we make our slime we will compare and see which is better.
Recipe 1:
4 oz of white glue
4 oz of water
Food coloring
Tbsp of Borax
Pour 4 oz of white glue in a bowl (about half of an Elmer's glue bottle) add 1 oz of warm water and stir. Add food coloring (Any color you like) and continue stirring. In a separate cup mix 3 oz of warm water with one table spoon of Borax. Using a spoon slowly add the Borax solution to your glue solution. Continue to stir. Add the Borax solution until you have reached the desired consistency of slime. Not all of the Borax solution needs to be used.
Recipe 2:
1/2 tblsp of baking soda
1tbsp of lens solution
4 floz white glue
Food coloring
Pour 4 ounces of glue (about half a bottle) into a bowl. In a separate cup mix 1/2 a table spoon of baking soda and one table spoon of saline solution. Stir and add food coloring.
