Physical Activity

Physical activity has proven to have many benefits for students, such as decreasing stress, preventing chronic disease, and increasing academic performance. Now, more than ever, students need physical activity. Fitness trackers will motivate and educate each student about the importance of heart rate and physical activity, which, in return, will improve social-emotional learning for every student!

It is important to be physically active. Especially now that we are in quarantine. It is very easy for us to fall into an inactive habit.

Fitness Trackers

One way to help motivate us and make sure we are getting enough activity is by wearing an activity tracker.

Any activity tracker will work. I wear Polar watches. I think Garmin and Polar are two of the best quality brands you can go with. However Garmin is more expensive.

Most the time I prefer to have an activity tracker with GPS so I can check my rout and time when bicycling and hiking. These are the two GPS activity watches I wear the most.

We need to encourage each other to be active. I find myself being less active during quarantine and have to find the motivation to move!
