    • In my original setup, a universal remote was required to control a Raspberry Pi and the TV. Because the over-the-air (OTA) or broadcast channels did not integrate with the Fire TV, I had to switch from the TV for streaming services to the Raspberry Pi for OTA channels.

    • Also a TVheadend server with four TV tuners was needed.
