OSX Wireless Diagnostics

MacBooks come with a built-in Wi-Fi analyzer.

To access tool do the following:

• Hold down the option key, and click on Wi-Fi icon in the top bar

  • Click on Open Wireless Diagnostics ...

  • Ignore the pop-up window. Don't click Continue or close the window

  • In the Wireless Diagnostics menu bar, click on Window

  • Click on Scan
