Add Another Security Camera

I planned to have four security camera, one at each corner of the house. All are installed using the same instructions. Then one is chosen as the master, and all videos can be seen on the master.

Step 1. Add Another MotionEye Camera

Set up another MotionEye camera running on a different Raspberry Pi

Click on the hamburger menu

Click on the Camera dropdown and select add camera (see above image for example pop-up)

In the pop up window, for “Camera Type” select “Remote motionEye Camera”

In the URL, enter something like: http://hostname:8765

Enter the admin password

The new camera should auto-connect if everything is correct
