Table Saw

Hopefully, my guides are easy to follow and to recreate. This guide shows how messy these plans really are.

I start most projects with a rough outline or sketch of what I am going to build (image below on left).

The rough sketch provides me with a basic outline of the major parts. As I proceed through the build,

Major parts are described with 6-12 steps (image below on right). I start with an outline and add the steps as I go. I don't create the whole plan in advance.

Parts:

• 1 Metal Right Angle

• 5 Casters - 4 locking

• 2 2"x4"x10' wood

• 2 bolts to raise and lower legs with wing nuts

• 20 bolts

• 20 nuts

• 40 washers

• 1 Metal Hinge

• 1 2"x4"x4' hardwood

• 5 metal hinges

• 2 Wood Glue

Tools:

• Table Saw, Finish or Plywood blade, Dado Blades

• Grinder, Leather Glove, Grinder Wheel, Cutoff Wheel

• Drill, 3/8" and 5/16" wood drill bits, metal drill bits, Philips Head bit, countersink drill bits
