Undergraduate Deadlines 2023-24

Work submitted after the 12 noon deadline will be subject to lateness penalties. More information on how penalties are applied can be found here. If you think you will not be able to submit work before the deadline, please submit an Extension Request / Extenuating Circumstances Form. Please note: computer problems are not grounds for granting extensions or removing lateness penalties.

We endeavour to return formative (not for credit) work within two weeks and credit-bearing coursework in three weeks. This gives us time to mark and moderate (i.e. check the consistency of the feedback and marking) while performing our other duties. When meeting our own deadlines is not possible - for example due to staff illness - we will let you know.

Check out our Assessment pages on History Hacks for advice on different kinds of assignment.
