The History reception is open 9am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-5pm, Monday to Friday and you'll find us on the first floor, green wing of Jessop West. If you have a general question feel free to call in or phone us on 0114 22 22555.

Our Student Experience Managers and Student Support Officer are available to provide support. Appointments are available each week during term-time or you can email to check availability. 

Communicating with staff

Please take care to be polite and respectful when you address academic and professional services staff both via email and in person. 

Academic and professional services staff check email accounts regularly and, during term-time, we aim to respond to your messages within 3 working days. To help reduce wait times, please do check this site first - the information you need may already be available! 

Please note that responses will be made during working hours, which are usually 9am-5pm. You should not expect to receive responses to emails in the evenings and on weekends.
