The Club Manager is required to fill out the "Pre work form" prior to the staff member starting their work from home. This form sends directly to Charlene and the work from home staff member once you add their email into the form. The work from home staff member is required to complete the tasks in this form, if not, they are required to explain why in their EOD report. The CM will set you targets/KPI's per shift and add any passwords required for that day in this form.
All staff are required to use scripts and templates at all times. If you are making an inbound or outbound call there is a script for everything from prospect calls, complaints, cancellations and more. There are also scripts for emails. For cancellations specifically, it's critical to use the correct scripts and protocols. Please watch the training video's in step 6 if you don't know what scripts to send. You will notice that in your pre work from home form there will be a section that tells you what the current promo is.Â
Work from home staff are required to fill out an EOD report at the end of every shift. This form will send to the club and Charlene to review. Club Managers are responsible for checking all task's have been completed from the pre work from home form.
