This page will go through what workplace is and how to make sure your whole team is set up on it.
What is workpalce?
Workpalce is like facebook for all things anytime fitness! There are a range of pages you can follow, some fun, some educational and its a great way to keep up with everything happeinging within our AF community!
How to I set up my staff on Workplace?
To get your staff set up on workplace, you need to make sure they have their own profile set up in dashboard. to do this;
go to dashboard and login
click on club > staff management
Select your club on the right and side
Click show - this will show you a list of all current staff set up on dashboard.
To add a new staff member, click add staff
Put in all their details and make sure to select a role and a primary club.
Once this is done the staff member will get an email into their nominated email account with instructions on how to set up and log into workplace.
If they already had a profile in dashboard, get them to do a search in their emails first. If there is no emails from ignite they may need to add in a new email address and setup a new staff profile. You can do this by deleting their old profile and adding in a new one, making sure to add in the new email address.
A quick note - it can tale a few days for the workplace email to be sent out depending on how busy the team is, so be patient and dont worry if it doesn't come through straight away
Make sure to also download workplace messenger. This is where all our staff communication will take place. Once on boarded you will be added to the relevent pages!
