This page will go through all things KPI dashboard. This is an AMAZING tool that we should be utilising every day as it shows us all the data we need to know and also shows us how we are trending compared to anytime as a nation.
Please first watch this video below where Charlene will talk you through how to navigate this dashbaord etc.
There are 2 sections to this page. you have your key metrics and then you also have your Table, Chart, Calculator & Top 10 that will change depending on what measure you have selected.

In this section you can see all your key metrics. these include;
Your total member number
Net member movmement
Turnover
and your club heath score!
This section is so helpful as it gives you some great data to compare with. you are able to look at the difference between the month before and the year before! You can also compare your stats against the nation average, NSW metro average and the Sub region average. This can really give you a big black and whote bicture on how we are rending compared to the other AF's so we can make sure to put our focus into what needs improving the most!

Sectio 2 will change depending on what you select on the left drop down menu, for this example turnover has been selected. These graphs are SO HELPFUL.
The most imprtant line to look at here is your trendline (the blue dotted line). As this gives you an average for the last 2 months on each month.
As we know from moth to month things can change, and you can see the solid blue line goes up and down quite a bit depending on how big of a sales month we had. But when you look at the blue dotten line, you can see it is slowly and steady increasing! This shows us that our turnover is improving each average each and every month! But if we were to have only looked at the blue line, we would of thought we were not improving. So it is super important that we look at the trendline when looking at this data to really see where improvements are being made and where they are not.
