If you are not familiar or have advanced knowledge in clubwise this needs to be completed with your coach the first time you give this a whirl
Are you Feeling overwhelmed and rushed off your feet? This project is designed to help you with that. It can be easy to feel like there is so much to do that you don't even know where to start. This project will help you slow it down and work out how you can fit it all in during the day.
Lets start by downloading the study document onto your desktop so that you can edit
The first step is so complete the "Time" Column. It has been completed for you however if you feel you may take a little longer or are quicker please feel free to edit and inc the time it takes you to complete each task.
Exmaple: For the sake of this exercise we are going to go with the task "Telephone Outgoing Completed" at 4 minutes a call.
Once you have completed the Time section, it's time to move onto the "Total for the Month".
You need to go into clubwise and complete the total numbers for the month.
Example:Go to clubwise and check your total completed calls for the month and add it in. For the sake of this exercise we are going to go with 100 completed calls.
The next section to complete is total minutes per month.
Example: So if we take "4 minutes" to "Complete an outgoing Telephone Call" and we have made "100" completed calls. X 4(minutes) by 100 (completed calls) that totals to 400 minutes a month.
Next is complete the "Total Hours Per Month" Section.
Example: 4 (Minutes) X 100 (Completed Calls) = 400 (total minutes) / 60 (minutes in an hour) = 6.6 (total hours for the month)
Continue though and complete the above for all topics before moving onto the next section
You are now going to complete the totals for your Sales Activity for the month by tallying the total hours a month you spend here.
Make sure you set the selling days number to how many days in the month you are staffed
Once you have your total hours, divide it by 30 to work out how many hours a day you are spending on Daily Sales Activity.
Complete the next section "Weekly Sales Activity" the same way.
Here you might begin to see a trend that is a bit off.
Tally up the total hours from both your weekly hours from your "Daily Sales Activity" and your "Weekly Sales Activity".
Next step is to check your roster and see how many hours a week are for Admin Staff.
Whats the difference?
Now to finish up, lets tally all the final tasks and their totals, comparing them to how many hours of work are in the week, and review the difference.
Now are you over extending yourself? or does your team need better time management and may not be spending the hours doing what they should?
