Ignite is a training platform created by our Support Office that is designed for:
Anytime Fitness - Both employee's, Franchisee's and Personal Trainers
Collective Wellness Group - this is our support office and their training content is for PC's and their employees on how to best communicate with franchises
Xtend Barre - For administrative employee's
It is likely in the future that the website will only give you access to the subjects that are relevant to you.
Ignite comes with a content library that is largely videos however does include some "pre vitals" training that end with a little test to prepare you for the big offsite Vitals Training.
To get your staff set up on ignite, you need to make sure they have their own profile set up in dashbaord. to do this;
go to dashboard and login
click on club > staff management
Select your club on thr right and side
Click show - this will show you a list of all current staff set up on dashboard.
To add a new staff member, click add staff
Put in all their details and make sure to select a role and a primary club.
Once this is done the staff member will get an email into their nominated email account with instructions on how to set up and log into ignite.
If they already had a profile in dashboard, get them to do a search in their emails first. If there is no emails from ignite they may need to add in a new email address and setup a new staff profile. You can do this by deleting their old profile and adding in a new one, making sure to add in the new email address.
A quick note - it can tale a few days for the ignite email to be sent out depending on how busy the team is, so be patient and dont worry if it doesn't come through straight away
Each employee has access to ignite via their personal email address they provided for their clubhub access that they provided during day 2 of onboarding. It can take up to 3 business days to sync over to the ignite platform

When your email registers with Ignite, you should receive an email that provides you with your first log in.
Please check your junk. If the link is not in there either, you will need to do a password reset by selecting "forgot password".

Ignite is designed with "course" selection. This means that there are minimal set curriculums.
The best place to start is by going to "My Courses" and select the "Anytime Fitness Learning".

Club Operations > Club Fundamentals Level 1.
To complete each course you must first enrol in the course by selecting the '+' sign next to enroll. Once you have enrolled in the course the "Enroll" button will change to "Start and away you go.
The Catalog is a complete list of all the courses available to you.
This feature is not in circulation yet however in the future you will see scheduled online training webinars and events that you can register for.
Very similar to the Catalog however here you will be able to see the courses you are already enrolled in however have not completed yet
Here you can see a list of your Completed Courses and collect your certificates of completion by finding the course, and selecting download next to the course that you want the certificate for.
Here you will see the following features:
What you are enrolled in including if it's "not started" or "completed"
If the course has a test you will see the score
The date and time that you enrolled followed by the date and time it was completed. This is visible to the franchisee as well. Here it can been seen if the courses are being completed correctly or if they are being skipped through. e.g. if the course have a 5 minute video but you completed the course in 1 minute then it is obvious that you did not complete the course correctly and merely skipped through it. In the future should a course not be completed correctly it will be removed from here all together and you will loose your certificates & points
This button will take you to your emails where you can complete an email describing the issue you need help with and send it to the support team for an answer.
Here will be your recent notifications. Similar to your social media news feeds, under this heading will be a list of new notifications
As a way of recognising those who are dedicated to furthering their education and knowledge there have been different leaderboards created. Every course has a correlating number of points awarded for completing it. This tally determines your place on the leaderboards.
Anytime Leaderboard - the all time leaderboard.
AF Leaderboard June 21 - Ignite saw a leaderboard reset at the end of June meaning that the coursed completed before June 2021 did not count toward this leaderboard
Jordan Ross Group Leaderboard - This leaderboard shows the points results between you and your fellow team mates. It is the scores for Jordans employee's only.
A very simple topic, this is where you can vote for what you would like to see more on and provide your opinion on the platform when surveys are released.
