It's always sad to see someone go, and there can be a multitude of reasons why anyone leaves a company. Below are some tools to help make the process easier for all parties involved.
This questionnaire is for the line manager to complete when someone leaves us. Its purpose is to dig a little deeper and get their feedback from the time they were employed with us.
Upon ceasing employment with us, some employees may require an Employment Separation Certificate to be completed by us. This will allow them to claim financial aid benefits from Centrelink.
Sometimes, sadly, an employee leaves us through termination. Here are the resources relating to employee termination.
Full-time employees are entitled to annual leave. To apply for annual leave, please submit through deputy. For more information on annual leave entitlements, please see the information document.
Personal Carer's Leave
Personal Carer's Leave allows an employee to take time off to deal with personal illness, caring responsibilities, and family emergencies. Here is a Personal Carer's Leave Fact Sheet. This leave can be requested via the Leave Request Form.
